UNDER DEVELOPMENT
On this workshop you will learn about the process of fear and how we all act so differently when faced with it.
Everyone experiences fear, but knowing how you react to it is important in a survival situation when your first reaction might be panic, to freeze, or to flee. This may be relevant reactions at the time, but you need to understand how to overcome this initial response. For example if you were to try and flee from a bear it would easily out run you and quite likes a tasty moving target.
We are good at trying to hide our fear responses but on this workshop you will get to learn about micro-expressions. You will also learn a little about the energy we give out to others and how to protect yourself from this and you get to interact with horses (no riding involved) as they can help mirror your fears for you.
The start to facing our fears is acknowledging we do actually have them. Feel the fear and do it anyway is a key to survival.
