Keeping a journal is not just a fad. Journals have been kept in many different ways for thousands of years. It could be said that the first recorded journals were the cave paintings left behind by our ancestors. Even today, the paintings tell stories of lives as seen through the eyes of the natural world through the recording of images of animals they lived alongside.
Come and find out more about Journaling to the Wild and keeping your own unique story.
There is strong evidence that keeping journals can improve mental health and well being whilst getting out in nature will also improve your physical health.
This workshop is facilitated by Dr Kim Brown.
