Walking the Labyrinth
Labyrinths are ancient structures that have been used across cultures and throughout time. They are used for meditation and to gain life insights.
Come along to one of our participation experiences and learn more about these ancient pathways and how they can help inform us in modern times.
They are increasingly being used in hospital and health care settings to help individuals release strong emotions.
You will have an opportunity to create and walk a labyrinth.
The workshop is facilitated by Dr Kim Brown.
Bring a packed lunch and please be aware that steep steps are involved.
Please note this workshop may be liable to change due to weather and tides.
