Zentangles are about being in the moment. They are a form of mindfulness that teaches us to enjoy the here and now.
They are an art form you do not have to plan in advance which have been proven to reduce stress and even motivate change. They have also been shown to self soothe. Apart from reducing stress and inducing mindfulness, zentangling can be used to help people own their mistakes as they have to be incorporated into the overall design. Nothing is perfect in life - its how you adjust to those imperfections that matter. On this workshop you will create your own unique and beautiful work of art even if you have a self belief you cant draw or create. This workshop will take place indoors during the winter and will be repeated later in the year outdoors in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. No further dates for this workshop at present |
